Shipping policy
ORDER ADDRESSING CARE
All orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the customer at checkout. To ensure successful delivery, please double-check all details — including street name, number, postal code, and any additional information such as apartment or unit number — before completing your purchase.
RECIPIENT ABSENT
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your package. The postal service will attempt delivery up to three times.
If no one is available during these attempts, the package will be redirected to the nearest postal office, where it will remain available for 7 consecutive days.
If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.
All delivery attempts and pickup details can be monitored via the tracking number sent to your email.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Beauty of Joseon is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If the order is returned to us because of an address error:

No refund will be issued, and

A $15 reshipping fee (covering postal and handling costs) will be required to send the package again.
No additional delivery attempts will be made to the same incorrect address.
PROCESSING TIME
Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days.
Once payment is confirmed, your order goes through verification, packaging, and dispatch, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING CODE
Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 7 business days after your order has been processed.
Because our shipments are international, tracking information may take 5 to 10 business days to update and display movement on the carrier’s website.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Estimated delivery time: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Based on our past deliveries, around 80% of customers receive their orders within approximately 15 business days.
ORIGIN
Our beauty and skincare products are shipped from certified suppliers located in Asia and Europe.
Some orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments if items are stored in different warehouses. In those cases, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped through the local postal service. In certain situations — such as failed delivery attempts, regional restrictions, or incomplete address information — your package may be held at the nearest postal office for pickup.
If an incorrect address prevents delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
The postal service will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the package will remain at the postal office for 7 days before being returned to the sender.
